[BKO] Adding Parted Magic to BKO

Parted Magic is already set-up to do PXE booting. It's pretty small so it only uses the initramfs and kernel. The squashfs root image is inside of the initramfs, so you don't need to download an additional image for the root file system.

What are the steps I need to take to have Parted Magic added to BKO by default like knoppix is.
